At DraftTech, this project showcases the complete process — starting with an initial site visit and measured survey, followed by the production of existing and proposed CAD drawings to develop the design.

From there, the project moves into planning, including the preparation and submission of a full planning application, along with ongoing liaison with the council to manage feedback and any required revisions.

Once approved, we produce a detailed Building Regulations drawing package, coordinating with structural engineers and preparing full construction drawings ready for builders on site.
